1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Boleta ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Eligibility
To use Boleta, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Be authorized to conduct ticket resale in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access broker features. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at our discretion.
4. Services Description
Boleta provides a point-of-sale platform for ticket brokers, including:
- Inventory Management: Tools to create and manage ticket listings
- Marketplace Distribution: Integration with third-party marketplaces
- Order Management: Processing and fulfillment tracking
- Financial Tools: Balance tracking and payout management
We act as a technology provider and do not take ownership of tickets or guarantee sales.
5. Broker Obligations
As a broker using our platform, you agree to:
- Only list tickets you own or have authorization to sell
- Ensure all listing information is accurate and complete
- Fulfill orders within specified timeframes
- Comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
6. Fees & Payments
Boleta charges fees for certain services. Current fee schedules are available in your dashboard. You agree that:
- Fees are deducted from order payouts automatically
- We may update fees with 30 days notice
- Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
- You are responsible for applicable taxes
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- List counterfeit, invalid, or non-existent tickets
- Engage in price manipulation or fraudulent practices
- Circumvent marketplace rules or policies
- Interfere with the Platform's operation
- Access other users' accounts without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Boleta and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boleta shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Actions of third-party marketplaces or buyers
- Service interruptions or technical failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Platform will be revoked
- Outstanding payouts will be processed according to schedule
- Pending orders must still be fulfilled
- These terms will survive as applicable
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
